Pre Sale Questions
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details. There will also be links to view your order status. When we send your items, you will also get a despatch email with tracking details. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
We use Royal mail to ship our items and use a tracked service, tracking is added after your items have been dispatched.
Once your items are dispatched, you'll receive notification emails. Items can take 3-5 days to arrive.
A tracking number will be sent in a dispatch email, you can use this to see where your item is.
Please click on your order and click returns. Ideally, send your item back to us in the original packaging and remember to include your name and order number. Items should be sent to:

Once the items have been received and inspected your refund will be processed, this can take between 2-5 working days to show in your account. Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order.
We use Royal Mail International Tracked for any orders outside of the UK this is then transferred to the local courier. Please note you may have to pay an additional duty tax on your order this is not included in the price of the item or shipping.
